Rent our dance studio for lesson, group event, party and private training starting from HK$300/hour.

• Studio rental is HK$500 / hour for the use of crystal ball, spot light & party light
• once the renter turns on this facilities the party rate applies
• Only for party booking,no food nor drinks are allowed. renter is resposible for the clean up and the removal  of the garbage

• Full payments to be made in advance
• Each rental unit is 1 hour minimum
• The hourly rate applies for exceeding the maximum grace period of 10 minutes
• Cancellation & change for regular booking to be made one week in advance or the hourly rate will apply
• Change & cancellation for casual booking to be made one day (24 hrs) in advance or the hourly rate will apply
• No cancellation due to rain strom or typhoon
• All renters should have their own third liability insurance for the use of the studio

• No smoking
• No food inside the studio
• All material brought in & garbage must be removed before leaving the studio
• Maintain/reinstate the same condition of studio as you receive it before leaving

• Follow the instructions for light & air-conditioner and turn all off before leaving
• The renter has to carry their own third party liability insurance when renting the studio
• The renter is liable for any damages during rental period
• All damages must be reported immediately (please submit photo as well)
• The renter is responsible for the replacement of any damage occurred during rental period
• Ensure to lock the door with keys before leaving!
